Located in Scotchtown – The Summit is a man made walking and recreation park.

The land once owned by DEVCO (Cape Breton Development Corporation) was reclaimed and repurposed as part of a project which aims to take 53 old unused DEVCO properties and convert them into new, purposeful areas in the communities around the CBRM (Cape Breton Regional Municipality)

It features sitting areas, a walking route, further walking trails and grassy areas for picnics.
